Join the Changineer on July 3 at One Tech Hub for a simple, fast, and fun workshop designed for small businesses to create their sustainability stories.

This workshop offers a way to attract the right kind of customers, grow the business, and do the right thing simultaneously. In a two-hour session, businesses are guided through six key areas to build a sustainability plan: documenting current achievements, establishing short-term priorities, and preparing a future plan. The workshop provides clarity on the next steps to advance any business on its sustainability journey.

Attending the workshop offers several benefits, including crafting a bespoke action plan to move toward Net Zero, mastering storytelling to win customers and become a sustainability leader, uncovering hidden cost savings, and reducing environmental impact.

Participants will meet other like-minded businesses that have made similar changes, discovering new ideas to build a better business. An expert facilitator will be available to guide attendees and answer any questions.

Consumers and businesses alike prefer to buy from those committed to doing the right thing. However, they need to be aware of the efforts being made. As part of this workshop, attendees will leave with a clear plan to showcase their achievements in sustainability. Make sustainability the unique selling proposition and tell a story that attracts more customers.

Gain a grasp of key sustainability language and understand the nuances between carbon neutrality and net zero. Participants will leave with a plan to reduce emissions by 50% by 2030, aligning with the latest climate science.

In the workshop, participants will use the Small99™ Estimator to obtain an estimate of their organization's carbon footprint and identify the primary sources of carbon emissions. From there, they will select a set of reduction actions to accelerate their journey toward net zero.

This workshop is an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. Participants will receive a certificate at the end, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability.

The Changineer's collaboration with Small99 ensures that the topic is approached in a simple and engaging manner, making it accessible and effective for participants. The Changineer has also worked with the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce’s Step Up to Net Zero program, addressing crucial aspects such as carbon reduction, the circular economy, and waste reduction.
