Following the amazing support we had for the 2017 Tour Series, we’re delighted to welcome the 2018 OVO Energy Tour Series back to the city.
Aberdeen City Council needs your help and support in growing the success of this event where elite athletes tackle an hour-long criterion race in the heart of Aberdeen on Thursday, May 17, 2018. For 2018 we are excited to announce that as well as the professional men’s race, OVO Energy are bringing the women’s tour to the city as well!
This is where you come in - Why not enter the window dressing competition this year, details of which are attached for your information. Window decals for use in your window display are available on request from cityevents@aberdeencity.gov.uk We have great prizes available, and we look forward to you bringing the city to life with your cycle themed window displays. We would also like to encourage you to consider any offers you have available on the day - whether you offer free water refills for cyclists, or award discounts to participants, we will help promote your offers across all our social media platforms.
For ease, we have created a specific area for Aberdeen businesses on the Aberdeen City Council website at www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/tourseries and would encourage you to visit, and review the materials available. We had great interest last year, so the 2017 presentations, along with this year’s posters, email signatures and web banners are available for you to download.
