PR, marketing and design agency ThinkPR is rounding off the year on a high as it celebrates 21 years in business, marking a period of significant growth, impactful campaigns, new client wins and national award recognition.
Now in its 21st year, the Aberdeen based agency continues to strengthen its position as a specialist, energy-focused marketing and PR company. Over the past 12 months, ThinkPR has welcomed new clients including Aed Energy, IntrospeXion, Charps and Kelton, while also securing extensions with several long-standing clients - reflecting the strength of its partnership and results-driven approach.
A major highlight of the year has been ThinkPR’s continued work within the third sector, leading high-profile political and public awareness campaigns for Autism & Neurodiversity North Scotland (A-ND). Through strategic media relations, the agency helped secure national coverage opposing proposed cuts to neurodivergent assessment pathways, challenging National Insurance increases, and launching an urgent appeal to protect A-ND’s playscheme service.
Since February 2023, ThinkPR has provided pro bono strategic marketing, social media support and event delivery for the charity, including hosting A-ND’s third fundraising dinner this year, which raised £63,000. Overall, ThinkPR’s support has helped keep the charity operational, enabled its acquisition by Scottish Autism, and raised over £180,000.
This impactful partnership received national recognition when ThinkPR was shortlisted as a finalist in the Creative for Good category at the Prolific North Creative Awards.
Alongside its charity work, ThinkPR continues to deliver strategic marketing and communications support across the energy sector. The agency hosted a successful client engagement event, Uncorked, during Offshore Europe, bringing clients together to strengthen relationships and share industry insight. ThinkPR also co-hosted its third Women in New Energy event in partnership with industry professionals. The 2025 event scaled up significantly, moving to P&J Live in Aberdeen, with further expansion anticipated for 2026.
Commenting on the milestone year, ThinkPR CEO Annabel Sall said: “2025 was an incredible year for the team – from supporting long-standing clients with their growth and success, to welcoming new businesses at the start of their marketing journey. Our Think Different dinner and Uncorked events were real highlights for us.
“I’m extremely proud of the team and the quality of work we continue to deliver for clients globally. Our strength lies in offering a broad range of insight and skill sets across media relations, brand development and management, crisis communications, website design and business awards. We truly become an extension of our clients’ teams.
“As we celebrate more than two decades in business, the new client wins and recognition for our work provide a proud moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved.”
