Three members of the Scarf team have been recognised among the UK’s best after being shortlisted for this year’s Investors in People Awards, which celebrate excellence in people management and workplace culture across the country.

The shortlisted nominees are:

  • Emma Johnson - Young Person of the Year
  • Neil Stuart - Exceptional Long-Term Contribution
  • Christine Sellers - The Investors in People Employee of the Year

The recognition reflects Scarf’s commitment to investing in its people, supporting development, and fostering a culture where colleagues can thrive both personally and professionally.

Lawrence Johnston, co-chief executive officer of Scarf, said: “We’re incredibly proud of Emma, Neil and Christine for being recognised at a national level. Each of them represents the dedication, professionalism and values that make Scarf what it is. This recognition shines the spotlight on their individual achievements, but also on the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together.”
