THREE60 Energy has been awarded the first IDIQ contract under the U.S. Navy’s Amphibious Sustainment Readiness Program, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s growing American defence business.

The five-year multi-million-dollar award, led by PMS 443, covers the davits aboard LPD San Antonio-class ships and is the first full-service, targeted-scope contract with an OEM aligned to the Navy’s initial systems sustainment plan for Amphibious Warfare Ships.

The deal will give vessels direct access to OEM-level technical support, genuine parts and comprehensive overhauls designed to improve readiness and long-term sustainment.

Over the past five years, THREE60 has expanded its U.S. footprint through its legacy Caley Services business, establishing headquarters and a primary warehouse in Houston while growing overhaul and manufacturing capabilities in Covington.

The company said its in-country operating model allows it to deliver overhauls, new equipment, spare parts and technical expertise more efficiently, helping to improve turnaround times and support fleet readiness for both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard.

Walter Thain, Group CEO, said: “This contract marks an important step in the continued expansion of THREE60’s U.S. business. Our focus on building a strong domestic presence, combined with our OEM expertise, is enabling us to scale effectively and support increasing demand for sustainment, overhaul and life cycle services across the region.”

The latest award further strengthens THREE60’s position in the U.S. defence market, with continued growth expected across its Americas operations as demand rises for sustainment, overhaul and OEM technical services.
