Tidy Green Clean (TGC), a leader in sustainable and innovative cleaning solutions, has taken an exciting step forward with a management buyout (MBO), signalling a new chapter in the company’s growth story.

The buyout sees the core management team, Igors Krumins, Scott Melville, Callum Cruickshank, Grant Peterkin, and Lisa Williams, take ownership, while Managing Director Andrew Alleway and Operations Director David Moncur retain a share and continue to play a hands-on role in the business. Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

Andrew Alleway said, “We are incredibly excited about this next chapter. The buyout gives our talented management team the opportunity to drive TGC forward, take bold steps, and continue building on the foundations we’ve worked so hard to create. Importantly, nothing will change for our clients, they can continue to expect the same high standards of service, reliability, and sustainability that have always defined TGC.”

Founded just nine years ago, TGC has grown from zero to £9.3 million in revenue and now employs over 400 dedicated staff. Throughout this growth, the company has remained true to its mission: delivering cleaning solutions that are people-focused, environmentally responsible, and built on strong partnerships.

The management team emphasized that the buyout is more than a financial milestone, it’s a statement of ambition. “This is the next step for everyone involved to take TGC to the next level,” said the team. “We’re passionate about supporting our people, building stronger partnerships with our clients, and continuing to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.”

With its experienced leadership, skilled workforce, and clear vision for the future, Tidy Green Clean is well-positioned to continue growing sustainably while maintaining the trust, consistency, and care that clients have come to rely on.
