Tidy Green Clean (TGC), a leader in sustainable and innovative cleaning solutions, has taken an exciting step forward with a management buyout (MBO), signalling a new chapter in the company’s growth story.
The buyout sees the core management team, Igors Krumins, Scott Melville, Callum Cruickshank, Grant Peterkin, and Lisa Williams, take ownership, while Managing Director Andrew Alleway and Operations Director David Moncur retain a share and continue to play a hands-on role in the business. Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

Founded just nine years ago, TGC has grown from zero to £9.3 million in revenue and now employs over 400 dedicated staff. Throughout this growth, the company has remained true to its mission: delivering cleaning solutions that are people-focused, environmentally responsible, and built on strong partnerships.
