Kay Potts promoted to Regional Manager
Kay Potts has been promoted from Letting and Construction Manager to Regional Manager.
Since joining the business, Kay has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards across multiple areas of the company. In the new role, Kay will take on wider regional responsibilities while continuing to support business growth and client relationships.
Lauren Flett appointed Business Support Manager
Lauren Flett has progressed from Business Support Co-ordinator to Business Support Manager.
Lauren has become a highly valued member of the team through a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and continued support across the business. The promotion reflects the important role Lauren has played in supporting daily operations and maintaining efficiency throughout the company.
Kinga Pacana takes on expanded role
Kinga Pacana has been promoted from Quality Assessor to Quality and Key Account Manager.
Kinga has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and excellent client care. In the expanded position, Kinga will oversee quality standards while also strengthening relationships with key accounts and supporting service delivery across the business.
