As 2025 draws to a close, Tidy Green Clean (TGC) is proud to reflect on its most successful year since the company was founded.
With projected billings of around £9million by the end of December, this milestone represents a year defined by growth, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to people and sustainability.
Expansion across Scotland and beyond
This year has seen exceptional progress across key regions. Glasgow and Edinburgh have experienced significant growth, with new partnerships and contracts strengthening the company’s position in both cities. The Aberdeen base remains at the heart of operations, continuing to expand with new clients in oil and gas, engineering, law, serviced offices, and training, sectors where reliability, trust, and professionalism are essential.
TGC has also achieved notable success in the hospitality sector, where its focus on service quality and sustainability has resonated strongly. In addition, the company has secured a growing number of national contracts, delivering high-quality cleaning solutions across multiple regions and industries.
The business has now expanded to a team of almost 400 employees, while maintaining a staff retention rate above 95%. This reflects TGC’s commitment to creating a supportive, people-first culture that values and rewards its workforce.
Innovation, quality, and sustainability
Throughout 2025, technology and systems innovation have remained central to TGC’s progress. The company has automated more of its internal processes to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and support teams in delivering consistent, high-quality service to clients.
Quality assurance continues to be a top priority, with around 1405 client audits completed over the year to ensure standards remain exceptional and continuous improvement is maintained.
TGC has also retained its ISO certifications and once again achieved carbon negative status, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental leadership. These achievements underline the company’s dedication to responsible growth and operational excellence.
Community and partnerships
Beyond business performance, TGC has continued to strengthen its role within the community. Through ongoing charity partnerships and support for educational and sustainability-focused initiatives, the company has invested in causes that reflect its values and extend its positive impact beyond its core operations.
“2025 has truly been Tidy Green Clean’s strongest year yet — not only in growth, but in how its people have come together to achieve it,” said Andrew Alleway, managing director of Tidy Green Clean. “The company has expanded responsibly, strengthened its sustainability commitments, and continued to build a business that both its team and clients can be proud of. None of this success would be possible without the dedication of our people and the loyalty of our customers.”
Looking ahead
As TGC prepares for 2026, the company remains focused on sustainable growth, innovation, and empowering its people to deliver exceptional service. With strong momentum and a clear vision for the future, TGC is well positioned to build on this year’s success and continue making a lasting, positive impact in every community it serves.
