North-east businesses involved in pioneering innovations and ground-breaking research are being given the opportunity to shout about their achievements as VisitScotland’s Project Legends initiative turns the spotlight on the technology sector.
The 24-month global campaign aims to provide a unified voice in the promotion of the Scottish business events sector, growing relationships with academics and industry ambassadors while furthering opportunities to strategically enhance Scotland’s operation at international trade shows and create industry-leading sales missions in key markets. It is an opportunity to educate international buyers on Scotland’s credentials in order to generate business events leads.
It will highlight 12 of Scotland’s innovative sectors, their current work and future ambitions with a nod to past achievements. The sectors, which include education, energy, life sciences, engineering, marine and digital, will be showcased for two consecutive months with each city region having a dedicated week to promote their area.
From November 13, it is the turn of Aberdeen to promote the exciting work taking place in our technology sector. Businesses operating in those fields can post blogs, news articles, photographs and more promoting their achievements via the VisitAberdeenshire website while joining a national voice for business events in Scotland.
