Trinity Centre Aberdeen will take direct control of its multi-storey car park from Friday 28 November, following an agreement with Q-PARK to return operations to the centre.

The timing is highly significant for Aberdeen, supporting retailers and visitors during the peak Christmas trading period and Black Friday weekend, when convenient, affordable parking plays a crucial role in city-centre access.

This transition follows the wider operational improvements introduced after the Ardent Group acquired the Trinity Centre and returned it to local management, enabling decisions that reflect the needs of the city and its residents. The move marks the first time in 15 years that the Trinity Centre has been able to operate its car park directly—an important milestone in delivering a more responsive and community-focused experience.

Direct control enables on-site customer support, faster issue resolution, and a more responsive, community-focused approach to parking and centre management.

Over 400 Spaces, Direct Lift Access & December Pricing Designed for Aberdeen

The car park offers over 400 spaces, including accessible bays and parent & child spaces across two levels, with direct lift access straight into the mall and immediate access to Union Street.

To support the community during the festive period, the Trinity Centre has introduced special December festive parking prices, ensuring affordable access to the city centre at a crucial time for local businesses.

Full details of long-term pricing and new digital ways to pay and simply drive in and out of the centre will be shared in due course, but December’s structure is specifically designed to help shoppers and families during Christmas.
