Tullos Training Ltd has announced a series of staff changes that will further strengthen the organisation’s capacity for positive change and enhance the quality of services delivered to learners and industry partners.
At the heart of the update is the promotion of Neil Campbell to the role of Engineering Manager. Neil’s appointment draws on his significant industry experience and marks an important step in supporting the organisation’s continued development.
In his new role, Neil will lead the engineering function, driving high standards in training delivery, curriculum development and ensuring the smooth coordination of training programmes.

Alongside his promotion, Tullos Training Ltd has welcomed several new members of staff who will play a key role in expanding and improving its training provision:
- Charlie-Ann Ewen joins as Training Officer supporting engineering learners with their workplace-based qualifications and driving employer engagement.
- Justin Trick and Lukasz Szpaderski have been appointed as Engineering Instructors, bringing fresh industry experience and technical expertise to the classroom and workshop.
- Neil Robertson joins the team as Plumbing Instructor, strengthening the organisation’s construction and building services training capability.
