Leading law firm Aberdein Considine LLP has appointed two new partners in recognition of their talent, expertise and dedication to the business and its clients.
With more than ten years’ service - having completed his traineeship at the firm - Danny Anderson has moved from Senior Associate to Partner in the Corporate and Business Advisory team, based at Aberdein Considine’s Blenheim House head office in Aberdeen.
Contractual recoveries specialist Shilpi Jairath, based principally in Aberdein Considine’s growing Newcastle office, moves into the partnership from her role as Operations Director for the firm’s Lender Services Practice Group (LSPG).

Shilpi Jairath joined Aberdein Considine’s multi-award-winning LSPG in late 2025, having gained over 22 years’ experience in contractual recoveries across consumer and commercial agreements.
