The University of Aberdeen Business School is conducting research into transformation challenges facing businesses across North-east Scotland, as part of an Innovate UK-funded programme.
A short online survey (under three minutes) asks business leaders and managers what change initiatives they have attempted, where things have gone well or stalled, and what barriers they face.
The survey covers all sectors - energy, construction, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, and more.
All participants that opt-in will receive a summary of regional findings when the research is complete.
Dr Iva Atanassova, Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Aberdeen Business School, said: "We know from national data that 70-80% of transformation initiatives don't achieve their goals. What we don't know is what that looks like specifically in the North-east, which sectors are most affected, what the real barriers are.
"This survey will start to answer those questions."
The survey takes approximately three minutes and is open to businesses of all sizes across the region.
