Aberdeen-based Verlume, the world leader in subsea batteries and power management systems, has promoted Graceann Robertson to the newly created role of sales and marketing manager, strengthening its commercial leadership as the company continues to grow its global footprint.
Graceann brings almost 10 years’ experience in the energy industry, including eight years at Verlume, where she has built a strong track record across marketing and customer engagement, as well as developing a deep understanding of Verlume’s technology.
In her new role, Graceann will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activity, from initial prospecting through to contract close. Her remit will also include managing key customer relationships, overseeing bid and proposal activity, and driving branding and market positioning to support revenue growth and global market expansion.

In addition to her commercial experience, Graceann is engaged within the wider energy industry. She previously served as co-chair of the Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group Young Professionals Network and currently holds the voluntary position of marketing co-ordinator for the Energy Institute Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands Branch. Graceann also holds a Diploma in Sustainable Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
