Ensuring workers are paid at least NMW isn’t as simple as it may appear. NMW is more than just a workers basic rate of pay, there are a number of other factors that need to be considered when assessing NMW.
It is not just the workers paid at or close to NMW that are at risk, for example, a worker paid an annual salary of £37,500 and who regularly works unpaid hours throughout the year could breach NMW.
Vialto's subject matter experts will be on hand to answer questions and we will also share some tips on assessing NMW compliance.
