Odfjell Technology unveiled its new Wallace Facility to customers, partners and industry peers during a two-day event at the site in Aberdeen, Scotland, with more than 50 companies represented across the two days.
The event provided an opportunity to explore the company's expanded well service offering and learn more about the technologies and expertise supporting offshore operations.
The purpose-built Wallace Facility, located on the outskirts of Aberdeen, brings together a broad portfolio of specialist well service technologies in a modern environment designed to support safe, efficient and sustainable operations. Equipped with enhanced workshop capabilities and infrastructure, the site strengthens Odfjell Technology's ability to support customers across the North Sea.
Visitors who attended the event were able to tour the site, meet Odfjell Technology's technical experts and explore a wide range of specialist tools. Conversations throughout the day focused on operational challenges, industry developments and opportunities to collaborate across the sector.
Live product demonstrations showcased Odfjell Technology's capabilities across Tubular Running Services, Wellbore Clean-Up, Drilling Tool Rental and Remedial & Abandonment, demonstrating how these solutions improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention and enhance safety.
Among the technologies on display were the Volant ActiveSet automated tubular running system, the Hydraflow Advanced Wellbore Cleaning System (HAWCS), the UltraMag™ HD Casing Magnet, and specialist remedial and abandonment technologies, including the Big Bore Pipe Cutter. Visitors also had the chance to meet with specialists from JWS Gruppen, Kaseum, Razor Oiltools, Volant, Plowman Craven, Oilfield Service Professionals and Mactech Europe, reflecting the breadth of technology, expertise and collaboration that support operations at the Wallace Facility.
Attendees also received updates on Odfjell Technology's recent investments, acquisitions and continued growth, providing further insight into the company's expanding capabilities.
