Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, confirms
that White Tale Holdings has increased its stake in Clariant in excess of 20%. This
follows earlier mandatory notifications by White Tale Holdings to the Swiss Stock
Exchange (SIX) regarding its holdings.
