All profits from the sale of both the beer and merch will go directly to charitable causes. The RHA will be the beneficiary of the merchandise profits, and Pick-ups for Peace will benefit from the profits of the beer sales.
In recognition of the connection between the transport industry and responsible driving, ‘Mother Trucker’ will also look to feature an alcohol-free version of the beer, allowing those who are driving, working, or prefer not to consume alcohol to enjoy the full experience without compromise. The official launch will take place at Aberdeen's Music Hall during the Northern Lights Aberdeen Beer Festival this weekend (Saturday April 11th), where beer lovers and merch fans alike can get their hands on the beer on draught and limited-edition products, including a branded hoodie, trucker cap, t-shirt and miniature William Nicol model DAF truck.
