ZynQ 360 returned to Syngenta's St. Gabriel Facility in Louisiana, USA, in December to continue with data capture and a comprehensive visual twin project that will transform how the Agrochemical manufacturing plant approaches maintenance, engineering, and safety management.
Reducing Risk and Operational Costs
The project will capture over 12,000 high-resolution 360° panoramic images and scan more than 2 million square feet across five process units using NavVis VLX3 technology. The resulting detailed visual twin digitally replicates all major equipment and piping systems, enabling engineers and contractors to plan work remotely - without entering hazardous areas.
