Yesterday, at a special event organised by Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, campaigners premiered a video fly-through of the proposed route, which largely utilises lines which were shutdown in the 1960s.
The award winning Northern Lights Lounge at Aberdeen International Airport is celebrating its 5th birthday today (July 1). Since opening in 2017 as part of the £20million terminal transformation project, the lounge has welcomed almost 300,000 passengers and boasts an impressive view of the airfield.
