Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce and RSM are pleased to present The Business of Health, a Business Breakfast sponsored by NHS Scotland and Lancia Consult.
A healthy workforce is fundamental to a productive, resilient and competitive economy. As demand on health services grows and workforce pressures intensify, the relationship between business, health and economic performance has never been more critical.
This breakfast will explore how employers, the public sector and health partners can work together to support workforce wellbeing, reduce absence, and improve long-term outcomes for individuals and organisations alike.
Through expert insight and discussion, we will examine the practical steps businesses can take to promote healthier workplaces, the role of preventative approaches, and how improved health outcomes can drive productivity, retention and sustainable growth.
