Aberdeen Foyer is a charity providing services for young people in the City and Shire is moving its Peterhead base. The old location was no longer up-to-par with the growing needs of their clientele.
The new space in Drummers Corner will provide learning, training, counselling and employability services to those in need. It is important for the Foyer to have many locations in the North-east to meet young people where they are comfortable. A new space will inspire staff and clients alike to work towards positive destinations.
To get involved, the Foyer are looking for businesses and individuals who can offer goods or their services.
Aberdeen Foyer is a charitable organisation supporting people in the North-East of Scotland towards independent living, learning, and working.
The charity work with over 1600 people a year. Starting with people’s strengths, supporting them to build their confidence, develop their talents and make real and lasting change in their lives by providing unique wraparound support in many different areas: supported housing, learning, training, counselling, employment support and health improvement initiatives.
