Frequently changing regulations in employment law and HR can be overwhelming and failing to adhere to current laws can be costly for a business, both financially and reputationally.

In a series of specialist seminars, the Employment Law team at Aberdein Considine will explore some of the most important topics, easing the complexities for employers, business owners and managers.

The online and in-person seminars - 4 for '24: Navigating HR Trends in 2024 - will take place later this month and will explore some of the most important current subjects for those working in the field.

Part of the Employment Law Seminars 2024 collection, the events will include flexible working policies, holiday pay reforms, AI and its role in the workplace and post-employment restriction boundaries.

The first event on Tuesday, April 23 will be held online. This will be followed on Wednesday April 24, by an in-person seminar in Aberdeen, held at Aberdein Considine’s office at Blenheim House, Fountainhall Road.

A further seminar will take place on Thursday, April 25, in Edinburgh.

Each event will run from 8.30am-10am.
