AGR, the multidisciplinary energy consultancy, has appointed Hana McTighe as regional recruitment manager for its UK and Africa resourcing operations.
Based in Aberdeen, Hana will lead the ongoing expansion of AGR Consultancy, AGR’s technical staffing and recruitment division, supporting both contract and permanent workforce supply. She will be responsible for assembling multidisciplinary project teams that contribute to the successful delivery of energy projects across the North Sea, Africa, and the MENSA&I region.
With over 12 years of resourcing experience, Hana joins AGR from Wood, where she held various roles including Consultancy Advisor for engineering technical specialist and offshore trade and craft recruitment.

AGR Consultancy Europe operates out of Aberdeen and four locations in Norway — Bergen, Stavanger, Sandefjord, and Oslo — while its Australian team is located in Perth.
