Local leadership development provider AMHWAL Academy has reported a 50% increase in demand for its Leadership and Management Training programmes in the first half of 2025, signalling a strong year of growth and impact.
The surge in demand has contributed to a 60% rise in revenue compared to the same period last year, positioning the academy as a key player in professional development across the North-east.
Anurag Rai, managing director and organisational psychologist, AMHWAL Academy, has successfully delivered programmes to several leading organisations this year, including Johnston Carmichael Chartered Accountants, Ponticelli, 3T Training, First Integrated, Interocean and ETZ.

Strategic collaborations have also played a major role in this success. Partnerships with Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce and Ann McRobb Associates have opened new doors, enabling AMHWAL to offer enhanced value and reach a wider range of organisations across the region.
In addition to corporate work, Anurag Rai has continued to support the local community - taking part in the CEO Sleepout to raise awareness of homelessness and delivering Self-Leadership talks in local schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to social impact.
Reflecting on the year so far, Anurag Rai said: "We are proud of what we have achieved so far this year and are very excited for some of the work in the pipeline for the rest of the year."
With further growth and innovation planned, AMHWAL Academy looks set to continue its momentum through the rest of 2025 and beyond.
