On Wednesday, 1st October, Amuse will unveil its new Autumn menu, including the highly anticipated “Six of the Best” tasting menu.
This seasonal shift marks the end of summer berries and lighter flavours, making way for hardy root vegetables and rich, decadent sauces.
The menu will showcase dishes such as Deeside roe deer served with glazed pumpkin, haggis croustillant, and a cep and red wine sauce. For seafood lovers, the beloved Amuse classic monkfish au poivre will be making a welcome return.
To celebrate the launch, Amuse will offer guests dining on the 1st or 2nd of October a complimentary glass of Crémant on arrival, to enjoy paired with an Amuse snack.
The Autumn edition of “Six of the Best” is not to be missed. This ultimate dining experience highlights the very best of Amuse’s culinary artistry. The sommelier team has curated two wine pairings to accompany the menu, offering guests a truly immersive journey.
The wine list has also been refreshed, featuring more options by the glass and the addition of remarkable vintages and producers.
