Through its strategic partnerships with ECITB, Bilfinger has created structured entry pathways that support apprentices, graduates, and new entrants from day one. The company is firmly on track to meet its ambitious target of hiring 400 apprentices by 2028, with 161 apprentices currently engaged across 26 pathways.
