Boozy Events attended the StartUp Awards National Series in Glasgow on June 7, where they were awarded Regional Finalist in the Global Startup of the Year category. FreightOnWorldwide scooped the top prize in the category.
Their virtual cocktail making classes have hosted guests in more than 67 countries since 2020 and more than 50% of their guests are based outside of the UK.
Fulfilment supervisor, Kim Willox from Boozy Events, added “As remote working has got more popular, we are finding that our attendees are located in ever more remote locations. But, it's great to know that we are able to provide a fun activity that can bring people together all around the world.”
