Aberdeen-based BrandHouzz Digital (BrandHouzz) has been shortlisted for the 2024 Content Marketing Association (CMA) Awards in the “Best Use of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)” category, recognising the agency’s partnership with EthosEnergy in delivering a transformative SEO strategy that elevated the company’s online visibility and business results.
BrandHouzz is one of five shortlisted agencies and is the only one from Scotland, listed alongside London, Bath, and Sydney -based agencies.
EthosEnergy, a leader in rotating equipment solutions, enlisted BrandHouzz to address underperforming web traffic and visibility for its newly launched website. BrandHouzz developed a comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategy that targeted EthosEnergy’s ideal customer profiles across key markets, generating a substantial 136% increase in won projects directly attributable to website leads. This impact underscores the quality of traffic generated by BrandHouzz’s targeted approach, converting visitors into sales.
The collaboration led to an overall increase in user engagement, enquiries, and higher rankings for critical industry search terms across strategic locations, generating high-value opportunities within just one year.
Data-Driven SEO and Partnership Approach
The project began with a detailed audit, identifying immediate technical adjustments and mid-term SEO priorities. BrandHouzz worked closely with EthosEnergy’s marketing team and web developers at Oakwood Brand and Communications Agency, optimising the site’s architecture and content. The enhancements refined the user experience, connected more effectively with key audience segments, and optimised the site’s overall digital performance.
A robust tracking system was implemented using both Google and third-party tools, providing EthosEnergy with actionable data visualisations and insights to inform its digital strategy. Supported by targeted SEO and PPC campaigns, the approach generated high-quality leads, improved organic search performance, and built a foundation for long-term growth.
Victoria Vyalikova, managing director of BrandHouzz, commented on the success of the project: “The success of this partnership is due to the closely collaborative culture of the team at EthosEnergy. Their openness to new ideas, coupled with a willingness to implement recommendations quickly, enabled us to achieve impactful, data-driven results that drive both traffic and conversions.”
She added, “We are honoured to be shortlisted alongside London and Sydney agencies, as it underscores our expertise in helping B2B technology and industrial brands navigate the complexities of digital marketing. EthosEnergy’s success reflects the value we bring to companies with specialised products and services—strategic, data-led marketing that not only increases visibility but drives tangible business results. We’re here to amplify the reach and impact of brands that are reshaping the future of their industries.”
"A strong digital presence is critical for EthosEnergy, and BrandHouzz has been instrumental in helping us reach our target audiences more effectively,” said Ashwin Kumar, VP of Marketing at EthosEnergy. “Their expertise in SEO and strategic approach to content has driven measurable growth across key markets. What truly sets BrandHouzz apart is their commitment to understanding our business needs and aligning with our goals, creating a partnership that not only optimises our online visibility but directly contributes to our commercial success.”
