UK top 50 and leading
Scottish law firm, Brodies LLP, is holding an interactive event, at its
Aberdeen office on Union Grove, for anyone who wants to learn more about
commercial dispute resolution.
The panel event will see four dispute resolution partners – Ken MacDonald, Malcolm Mackay, Malcom Gunnyeon and Chris Duff - canvassing the audience's vote in deciding how best to resolve various examples of disagreements between organisations. Each candidate will put forward the case for why arbitration, adjudication, mediation or expert determination is the best option and why. There will also be opportunity for the audience to put questions to the panel in true Question Time style.
