Bruce Tait Associates announce webinar series

BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) have organised a series of expert webinars to help Scottish charity leaders manage organisations and its staff through the currnt crisis.

The third sector consultancy has commissioned a series of webinars or small groups of charity leaders (managers and above) that will be managed by BTA Associate Dr. Claire Macaulay MD. An expert on building compassionate cultures, Claire is a charity chair and founder, an accredited coach and mediator as well as an NHS oncologist.

The sessions are designed to help leaders of third sector organisations that are working under pressure. The webinars will include a surgery with Claire aimed at coping with the stresses and challenges leaders face and methods to ensure that you continue to provide your organisation with focus, clarity and compassion. Each of the four sessions will also address a particular aspect of voluntary sector leadership – from leading with trust, to protecting income streams. Each course has a £50 administration fee and will be held on the communications platform Zoom.
