The firm has welcomed the return of Lisa Jamieson to its Residential Conveyancing team as an experienced paralegal. Lisa previously spent more than a decade with Burnett & Reid before expanding her career elsewhere, and her return brings valuable expertise and continuity to clients navigating important property milestones.
In the Commercial Property team, Viktoria Latham has joined as a Senior Associate, bringing extensive experience in handling complex property transactions and advising major clients, further strengthening Burnett & Reid’s ability to provide clear, practical advice to businesses across the North-east and beyond.
Supporting the next generation of legal professionals also remains central to the firm’s values. Abbie Johnston has begun her traineeship with a focus on Criminal Law, while Leoni Proctor, having successfully completed her own traineeship, has now qualified as a solicitor within the Private Client team. Leoni will support individuals and families with wills, succession and estate planning, and related matters.
The firm is also celebrating the success of Kudeja Shaikh, an Associate within the Private Client team, who has passed her final STEP exam with Distinction and will now hold the prestigious TEP designation.
