Burnett & Reid is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Nicolson, who will join the firm on 12th May as part of the leadership team for residential conveyancing.
Nicola, who brings over 20 years of experience in residential property law, will be based at the firm’s Union Street office in Aberdeen.
Nicola is widely respected for her approachable style and her ability to guide clients through some of life’s biggest transitions, whether it’s the joy of a first-time buyer stepping onto the property ladder, or providing calm, compassionate support to someone navigating a difficult move. Her commitment to providing a personal touch ensures that no question is ever too small and that every client feels supported throughout the process.
“I’ve always believed that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a major life event,” Nicola says. “It’s a privilege to be part of that journey, helping to ease the stress and share in the excitement with my clients. The personal touch is really important to me.”
Her appointment comes at a time of positive change for Burnett & Reid, following the recent rebrand of its Union Street Property Shop. New signage has already been installed, with further updates planned as the firm continues to invest in both its people and its presence on the high street.
Burnett & Reid looks forward to welcoming Nicola to the team and to the continued growth of its residential conveyancing services.
