Cammach is passionate about bringing people together. That’s why the company is relaunching the Cammach HR Forum, an initiative created to support HR professionals through shared learning, peer connections, and practical insight.

The forum is designed to foster discussion and collaboration within the HR community. This brings a renewed focus on in-person connection, topical conversation, and the opportunity to support one another in a space designed specifically for HR leaders and practitioners.

Iona Currie, group recruitment director at Cammach, said: “As recruiters, we know our role goes far beyond placing people in jobs. It’s about creating meaningful connections, sharing insight, and supporting professional growth. The HR Forum reflects that same belief. We are recruiters and this is one of the ways we invest in the people and communities we serve.”

HR professionals continue to face a wide range of evolving challenges, from staying ahead of legislative changes to leading teams through cultural and energy market shifts and tackling talent retention. As specialists in this space, Cammach has seen how shared knowledge and peer support can drive better outcomes. The forum is designed to offer a relaxed and inclusive space to explore these challenges together, learn from one another, and exchange real-world insights.

The first session will include a Leadership Workshop delivered by CCL, experts in leadership development. Time has also been built in for informal networking and conversation. Often, these are the moments when the most useful ideas are exchanged and the strongest connections are made.

Eilidh Taylor, operations director at Cammach, shared: “This year’s CHerRies Awards reminded us of the passion and resilience within Aberdeen’s HR community. With this forum, we aim to create a regular platform where HR professionals can come together to stay informed, gain fresh perspectives, and support one another in driving positive change within their organisations.”

If this sounds like something you or someone in your team would benefit from, Cammach would love to hear from you.
