UK-based sustainable print and digital transformation expert Carbon has announced the launch of Capture AP, a new technology that marks a step change in how finance teams operate.
Capture AP, a cloud-based accounts payable (AP) solution, is designed to reduce inefficiencies of manual invoice processing and give finance teams more control and visibility.
Aimed at growing businesses, Capture AP helps automate and streamline the entire AP process from invoice upload to payment, delivering cost savings of up to 80%, increasing compliance, and reducing administrative tasks.
“Capture AP brings smart automation to a part of finance that’s long been manual and is now in need of digitalisation in line with how modern finance teams operate,” said Ryan Green, Digital Services Director.
“It’s more than invoice automation software. Our goal is to help businesses modernise their operations while reducing their impact on the environment. The launch of Capture AP adds to our portfolio of energy-efficient, cost-effective digital solutions for our clients across the UK and reinforces our commitment to helping companies embrace future-ready technology.”

Capture AP uses intelligent, three-way matching to connect purchase orders, invoices, and goods received, proactively flagging price anomalies, VAT issues, and mismatches before they cause delays or compliance risks.
The outdated paper trail is removed with real-time dashboards and seven years of secure digital storage. Built in partnership with SmartOffice, and delivered with Carbon’s hands-on digital transformation expertise, Capture AP is tailored for businesses seeking both scalability and simplicity.
