Halfway through its 10 year growth strategy, the Group confirms strong performance and readiness for the next five years.
CHAP (Holdings) Limited, the parent company of CHAP Group, has lodged its annual accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, reporting its highest-ever turnover and continued progress against its long-term growth strategy.
The Group achieved record revenue of £65.8million, up from £57.7million in the prior year, and delivered an improved underlying operating performance with operating profit before fair value movements rising to £1.1million (2024: £0.7million). These results reflect a business operating at scale, strengthening its market position, and investing for sustainable expansion.

Halfway through CHAP’s 10-year strategy, and on target
The Group is now five years into its 10-year growth plan and remains firmly on track.
The past year has seen strategic investment in people and operational capability, with the business employing industry-leading personnel who support CHAP’s expanding project portfolio and geographic footprint.

Growth in activity and a strong pipeline
The Group successfully delivered multiple major contracts during the year and continues to build a robust pipeline across its operating regions, with strong performance and continued momentum in the North-east, Tayside and further expansion planned for Edinburgh.
Strengthening civilengineering capability
In October 2024, CHAP acquired ACA Holdings Limited and its subsidiary A C A Civils Limited.
Integration has progressed well, with operations of A C A Civils now incorporatedwithin CHAP Group to deliver efficiency gains while maintaining high service standards.
Investment in new, larger premises
To support its expanding workforce and operational requirements, CHAP relocated to new, larger offices in late 2025. These premises provide the infrastructure needed for continued growth and reflect the scale of the business today.
Celebrating 50 years of CHAP
February 2026 marks 50 years in business for CHAP. Since its founding in 1976, the Group has grown into one of Scotland’s leading privately owned construction companies, recognised for its long-standing commitment to quality, client service, and delivery excellence.

The directors report a positive outlook for the year ahead, supported by a strong order book, healthy market conditions, and ongoing focus on health, safety, operational performance, and strategic expansion. The Group enters its next phase of growth with a clear plan, a strong team, and solid financial foundations.
