Coterie, located within The Ferryhill House Hotel has strengthened its kitchen with the appointment of a new Head Chef, Ross Boyd.
With years of experience and talent from many great establishments in Aberdeen including, Amuse, Cults Hotel and The Mariner, Ross is a real rising star and will lead the team to further enhance the dining experience in both Coterie and our bar area.
His new menu has just launched and features classic dishes with a modern twist to showcase local ingredients and seasonal flavours, such as Aberdeenshire Red Deer, Seared Scallops and Panko Lemon Sole.
The restaurant is also participating in Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks which takes place from February 23 to March 8 and will be offering two courses for £25 or three courses for £30.
Coterie can also provide the perfect location for corporate dinners or meetings with a semi-private area or the full restaurant can be hired exclusively with room for up to 95 guests seated with set menus available to set all budgets.
