Douglas Ross has been kicked out of the Holyrood Chamber for refusing to follow rules and talking over John Swinney during First Minister's Questions.
Mr Ross was asked to leave by Holyrood's presiding officer Alison Johnstone after he failed to stop heckling the SNP leader.
The presiding officer had to ask the Highlands and Islands MSP to leave multiple times before he eventually stood up and walked out.
She said: "Mr Ross, you have persistently refused to abide by our standing orders, and I would ask you to leave this Chamber and you are excluded for the rest of the day."
Now the former Tory leader and Scottish Conservatives have questioned the neutrality of Ms Johnstone and accused her of "blatant bias" against the party.
Mr Ross told BBC Scotland News that he had "serious questions" about Ms Johnstone's conduct and said she should "seriously consider her neutral role".
