Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyor and Property Consultants, has welcomed a new senior surveyor and graduate surveyor to the Aberdeen commercial team.
Shona Boyd has joined the team as a senior surveyor after four years at another chartered surveying firm. She trained as a graduate surveyor starting in 2021, going on to pass her APC in October 2023.
Her experience in commercial agency has focused on the retail and office sectors, advising both landlords and tenants alike. She is also a member of the Women in Property North East Scotland committee and holds the position as junior vice chair. At present Shona is an active member of a technical panel consulting on how to remove barriers and make the most of neglected upper floors on Aberdeen’s Union Street, a project being driven by Aberdeen Inspired.
Molly Peeters joined Graham + Sibbald a year ago as a student placement whilst completing her final year at the University of Aberdeen. Molly graduated from University in July 2025 with an MA in International Business and Real Estate, after her graduation Molly decided to travel before rejoining Graham + Sibbald as a graduate surveyor. She is now working towards her APC to become a chartered surveyor.
