Nigel Farage will have "much more" of a presence in Scotland as Reform UK continues to ramp up its election campaign.
The plans come in the wake of the party making major gains in local elections in England last week, picking up 10 councils and more than 600 seats.
Following Reform's success, Mr Farage told Sunday newspapers that he would be in Scotland a lot more, ahead of the June by-election for the Hamilton, Larkhill and Stonehouse seat.
Thomas Kerr, a Reform councillor in Glasgow told the BBC the party wants to capitalise on its winning streak as its being forecast to do well in next year's Holyrood elections.
He said: "You will certainly see Nigel Farage much more up here in Scotland – he is very excited about the opportunity we have, he is looking forward to being on the streets of Scotland and taking our message to people."
Following the news, First Minister John Swinney said he is "fearful of what lies ahead" if Reform takes power in Westminster as he believes there is a “very real possibility” that Nigel Farage could be the UK’s next prime minister.
