Skills Development Scotland is offering funding for training to help people in Aberdeen retrain for high-demand roles in the renewable and sustainable energy sectors.

3t Training Services will not only deliver the training, but will also help you navigate the funding process from start to finish.

Charlie Guthrie, Head of Funded Learning for 3t Training Services, said: “We’ve developed five comprehensive training packages tailored to clean energy careers.

"These include pathways for wind technicians, covering general, mechanical, electrical, blade repair and fabric maintenance roles, as well as net zero roles such as domestic energy assessors and air source heat pump installers.”

To qualify, you must have worked in oil and gas within the last 24 months and be based in or employed by a company in Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire. For further details, please visit 3t’s Energy Transition Funding page.
