Fulkrum, a leading provider of inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services to the energy industry, has reported a highly successful year, with the opening of new branches in strategic global locations and new appointments to support business growth strategy, despite challenging market conditions.

Operating in four key regions - the Americas, Europe and Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East – award winning Fulkrum was recognised this month by EIC for its growth and completes the year with new hires and portfolio diversification.

Following significant contract wins in both Europe and Africa, Fulkrum has further strengthened its position within the oil and gas market and diversified into renewables, with key appointments reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting energy transition in Europe and globally.

The Americas team has reported a significant growth in the US as well as Central and South America, having leveraged its recently established branch in Brazil and winning projects with major operators.

Operating in the Middle East market since 2013, the region has continued to grow, with further development of their client portfolio and expansion of their branch network. With the recently opened branch in India, the company has further cemented its position within the market and increased its capabilities in the region.

The Asia-Pacific region has continued increasing activity with a range of local and global companies, with recent project awards acting to build a strong foundation for 2022 and beyond.

Andrew Bethel, technical director at Fulkrum, commented: “2021 was a significant year for Fulkrum, as we focused on achieving our strategic goals and establishing our business within the energy market, and the recent EIC Scale Up award is testament to our efforts and ambitions.

“We have continued to work closely with our clients, and it’s clear that our care and commitment has allowed us to build on existing relationships, as well as foster new ones throughout the year. We’re grateful to both our clients and our team, as we wouldn’t be able to achieve these goals without their continued support and long-standing partnerships.

“Following on from a successful 2021, we are heading into what is set to be a busy 2022; we will continue supporting our existing clients and ongoing projects, and we have already secured a number of new contracts with major players within the energy industry to build our pipeline through 2022 and 2023.”

Reflecting Fulkrum’s strategic growth, the company has recently rebranded with the new identity reinforcing the multi-industry focus and showcasing its proven track record in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and renewables sectors.
