HR interim and consulting business, Hunter Adams, is pleased to announce that its Chairman and Founder, Dean Hunter, is returning to Aberdeen after 14 years in Edinburgh and London.
From his new base in the North-east, Dean will be heading up the Hunter Adams Coaching Practice, launched in 2014, providing executive coaching to clients across the UK and internationally.
As a globally certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Dean has worked with hundreds of leadership teams to strengthen their people practices and prepare them for growth.
In addition to his role as Head of Coaching Practice, Dean continues to support clients UK-wide with HR Director and Non-Executive Director services, as well as consulting on culture and business growth, mergers and acquisitions, change management, HR functional reviews, and HR and D&I strategies.
Founded in Aberdeen almost 15 years ago, Hunter Adams has grown to be a trusted, UK-wide HR services business under the leadership of Managing Director Jennifer Marnoch. Dean’s return to the North-east reinforces the company’s commitment to the region while continuing to serve clients nationwide.
