Margaret Brown, Leadership and Organisational Development Specialist said: ""Whilst I have met many outstanding male leaders during my 30-year career, women still constitute less than 28% of VP roles and under 25% of C-Suite positions. As the culture is defined from the top, there is no doubt in my mind that qualities such as empathy, collaboration, listening and the development of others are required more than ever at the highest levels in all sectors, and these qualities are typically more innate in women.”
Lora Caven, multi-award-winning entrepreneur agrees: "Women are really good at handling lots of different tasks at once, which makes them perfect for dealing with the fast-paced world of work. In today's workplace, it's so important to be flexible, understand different generations, embrace diversity and inclusion, know about hormonal challenges, and care about the overall wellbeing of employees. By focusing on these things, we can make sure everyone is engaged, committed, and productive at work."
