Integrity HSE took a leading role in this year’s Energy Institute Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands Young Professionals Annual Dinner by donating the main raffle prize.
The Queens Road based QHSE consultancy gave away a six-month mentoring programme which will be led by Rob Diver, their Head of Risk & Resilience. This programme includes fortnightly mentoring sessions and includes access to a select group of the world’s leading former law enforcement and military figures, with an estimated commercial value of £15,000.
The exceptionally well-attended Energy Institute event, sponsored by Boskalis Offshore Energy, was held on Saturday 21st November at the Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa and hosted by Nicki Vass. The attendees and atmosphere highlighted the depth of emerging talent within the Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands region, and attendees described the room as one filled with potential and reflecting the strength of the Young Professionals Network and its role in supporting the next generation of industry leaders.
The headline raffle prize was won by Fraser Graham, who will now begin an intensive and rewarding professional development journey. Steven Harris, Integrity HSE’s Managing Director, told us, “I don’t know Fraser, but I have spoken to him, and he appears to be the ideal candidate. Rob’s development programmes are something very special, and in many ways the next six months for Fraser will equate to ten years of career progression”.
