SYT Coaching & Development Ltd is inviting Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce members and local businesses to take part in a free Introduction to Insights Discovery taster session on Wednesday 18 February at the Chamber’s Hub in Bridge of Don.
Delivered by company director Steve Thomson, the one-hour workshop offers a practical and engaging introduction to Insights Discovery, a widely used colour-based personality profiling tool that helps individuals and teams improve self-awareness, communication and working relationships. This will be the second time SYT Coaching has delivered the free taster session through the Chamber, following a highly successful event last year that received excellent feedback from attendees.
The interactive session provides participants with an insight into their own behavioural preferences and how these can influence communication styles, teamwork and leadership in the workplace. Feedback from the previous session described the workshop as both enjoyable and eye-opening, with many attendees keen to explore the Insights Discovery framework further within their organisations.
Suzanne Todd, relationship manager at Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, said: “I was lucky enough to attend the previous Insights Discovery taster session at our offices and found it to be a fun and engaging way to better understand ourselves and how we interact with others. The feedback from attendees was extremely positive.”
Steve Thomson has been a licensed Insights facilitator for more than 21 years and works with organisations across a range of sectors to embed learning and improve performance. Places for the February session are limited and expected to fill quickly as the event is free of charge.
Running from 11.30-13.30 including tea and coffee and brief networking, this event is free. Book your place now – training@agcc.co.uk
