During her time away from KR Group, Lana gained experience in marketing and communications, and graphic design. Most recently, she led the marketing function for a global energy business and local third sector organisation. This experience in the third sector will help support KR Group’s extensive work with local community projects and charitable organisations.

Commenting on her reason for returning to the business, Lana said: “KR Group has a very flexible and supportive culture. Everyone in the team works hard but is also respected, given autonomy in their role, and encouraged to learn and develop.

“I have three children and it can be a juggle, but the senior management team at KR Group understand that and provide the flexibility and support that’s needed to strike the balance between work and family life. I’m delighted to be back with the team at KR Group, working with the Directors to help expand and raise awareness of the company at such an exciting time of growth – it’s an opportunity I relish.”

KR Group’s Business Director, Nicola Fraser, added: “I am so pleased to have Lana back working with us at KR Group; she is a real asset to the team and with her prior knowledge of our work, she has settled in seamlessly.”
