Scottish Development International is organising the Scotland Pavilion at Offshore Europe later this year (September 5-8) and with limited spaces left, time is running out for companies interested in exhibiting in a prime location at the front of Hall 2.
Why Offshore Europe?
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Offshore Europe Conference & Exhibition is Europe’s largest event dedicated to the energy transition, with a focus on accelerating the path towards a net zero future. Approximately 38,000 visitors from 119 countries descended on Aberdeen in 2019, with the P&J Live hosing around 850 exhibitors during the show.
Why be part of the Scotland Pavilion?
39 companies participated in the Scotland pavilion at Offshore Europe in 2019, identifying 397 potential new customers, while forecasting £186.7million international turnover from 21 different markets over the following three years post attendance.
The pavilion will be situated in the same prime location as in 2019 at the entrance of Hall 2, with 36 organisations already signed up to exhibit. This includes partners such as the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce, the Energy Transition Zone, Invest Aberdeen, and Opportunity North East.
Our international staff are working to attract overseas delegations, as they have in previous years, with many of them attending the show themselves to provide updates on their markets and to provide one-to-one support to interested companies. There will also be representation from our GlobalScots network.
For the first time, there will be a learning zone as part of the pavilion, which will be used for presentations and workshops focussed on key domestic and international opportunities in areas such as geothermal, green heat, hydrogen, offshore wind, wave and tidal, and zero emissions transport.
