The Archie Foundation aim to help beat the boredom of the dark nights and are calling for youngsters to put their creative minds to the test in Archie’s Bot Battle. This campaign encourages children and young people to exercise their creativity. Children who register to take part will receive an “Ultimate Bot Pack” containing a component parts they can use to create their own Robot or “Bot” together with a notebook and pen to start planning their masterpiece. Participants send in photos of their Bot and a social media audience will vote to determine the ‘Ultimate Bot’. The creator of the winning Bot will receive a gift voucher for a Birthday Party at Jump In, Aberdeen, with 2nd & 3rd places each receiving a pair of ‘Golden Tickets’ for Jump In, Aberdeen.
Archie campaigns manager, Jamie Smith, said: “We love when children have fun whilst helping our charity support babies and children when they are in hospital or when they have lost a loved one. Children have some of the most creative minds and we are very excited to see what they come up with for this challenge. We are also very grateful to Jump In Aberdeen for supporting this fundraisesr by donating the amazing prizes”
