Multinational Serbian energy company selects DEKRA Organisational Reliability to help improve safety culture

DEKRA Organisational Reliability, announces a three year partnership with Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS), Serbia\\\'s largest multinational energy companies, to implement a new Health and Safety strategy based on cultural change.

DEKRA Organisational Reliability first began working with NIS in 2016 when they requested a Culture of Care Diagnostic® to assess their existing safety culture. The new, three year partnership will work to implementat the recommendations from the 2016 Diagnostic. The scope of work includes DEKRA Leadership Workshops, Frontline Worker Engagement Workshops, onsite coaching and a governance team.

Work is commencing immediately and will take place at multiple locations in Serbia from drilling sites, to gas terminal, oil refinery, petrol stations and tank farms.
